During the event, three teams of paired local chefs and celebrities will have 30 minutes each to prepare and plate a gourmet dish using a provided main protein. At the close of the evening, awards will be presented for the live competition and the restaurant tasting stations.

Up to 15 local restaurants will serve a dish of their choice at tasting stations throughout the Culinary & Event Center. 

In addition, the first-place chef and celebrity team can designate a charity of their choice to receive a portion of the proceeds raised. Chef and celebrity teams will rotate annually to provide opportunities to those who may wish to participate.
